Terms of Service

USER ACCOUNT:
You must have a valid unique e-mail address to register with our program.

As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible. When you request your password, we will send you a new one to your email.

You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them.

You may refer other people in your household but only ONE member PER computer and IP. However, they must have a valid unique e-mail address and valid unique Alertpay/Paypal address/account to register with our program.

Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.

Accounts can not be sold, or passed on to another person other than the creator.

We will not modify your account unless requested.
ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

You are allowed one account per IP address or household.Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account.
If you have forgotten your user information all you need to do is request for it to be e-mailed to you.

We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.

All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all pending payments are canceled, all associated referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.

All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.

All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.

You need to log in and click advertisements at least once every 30 days to keep your account active.
Inactive accounts will be irreversible deleted.

After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 45 days of inactivity.
An inactive user for 72 hours after registration will have the account permanently suspended.
ADVERTISEMENTS

We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult or illegal content.

Users can view ads every 24 hours.

We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.
ANTI-CHEAT POLICY

Do not attempt to cheat, you will be suspended and no refunds will be given.

Do not attempt to edit information through hacking, you will not succeed. When you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.

If your account is terminated, we may decide to pursue further action.

It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited.

If we catch you using using this kind of software,your account will be terminated without notice.
LIABILITY

truebux will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to Incrasebux and therefore beyond our control.

truebux reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.

truebux will not be held responsible for any of its users or advertisers. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
Cashout/PAYMENTS TO USERS:

If you have at least $2.00 accumulated, you can click on "Request Payment"within Member's Area and it will submit your request.
You need to accumulate at least $4.00 for your 2nd Payment Request and $6.00 for your 3rd,and $10 Currently,

User has to click 50 ads before requesting payment.

we make payments with AlertPay and liberty. You can request for payment once you have reached the minimum payout.

All payments will be made instantly.

You may only request one payment at a time.

All issues caused by payment processors are not our fault.

We will pay to the payment address on your account.

We can decline any payments of user suspected of cheating.

Chinese members with direct referrals only receive payments if upgrade account.
REFERRALS

You may refer as many people as you want.

The amount of direct referrals is limited based on the referrer's membership/packs.
The users can see the limit in the direct referrals listing page..

Any spamming will cause your account to be suspended.

The clicks you earn from referrals are directly related to the clicks you make.
You only receive clicks from your direct/rented referrals if you click 2-4 ads for Standard member or 6-8 ads for Premium member These calculations are based on the server time which can be seen in the ´View Advertisements´ page.

You only earn from your direct/Rented referrals.

You can only Rent referrals when they are available.

Referrals are rented for a certain period of time, and will be recycled when the time is over.

A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him.
If you have received a payout, you are required to post a payment proof (screenshot) in the forum in order to receive your next payout.

All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
FORUMS, CHAT AND PRIVATE MESSAGES

You may read the forums and use them, except for private areas.

When registered and logged in, you can post new topics and answer in previously created ones in the Forum and you will be able to access the chat and the private messages.

You must respect other users in all of these areas under the penalty of being banned from truebux if you don't.

You may not be rascist/sexist or abusive to our members. You have the right to express yourself without offending other users.

All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals and money exchange/requests are prohibited in Forum posts/topics, the Chat and in private messages. Spamming the forums, chat and private messages with nonsense posts/messages is also prohibited.

Any accusation without proof, intimidation or threat against truebux and / or truebux staff will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum, Chat and private messages as well as the permanent suspension of your truebux account or the temporary suspension of membership.

Posting topics or messages that may directly or indirectly be prejudicial to truebux, its users, sponsors or service providers will be considered and offense and are strictly prohibited.
You can refer other people in your household. There is a catch though, they must have their own computer, and if an ad is clicked by some one of you, it wont be available for the rest till ads reset.

Members Upline Cannot be changed what so ever.
We remain the right to change these terms of service at any time without prior consent or notice.
We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice. Please note due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we're not able to disclose any detailed information nor discuss the reason.
PAYMENTS TO truebux

All payments are to be made using the links available at 'your account'. No other method of payment will be accepted.

All payments are non-refundable.

Payments made to truebux using AlertPay are confirmed by your AlertPay email. Any payment made by another AlertPay email address will be referenced to the user that holds that account or, in the lack of a user, the payment will not be referenced.

Any attempts to chargeback or refund will end with your account suspension.
By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.
We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program.
Privacy

Truebux respects your privacy and will never put you at risk.

1. COOKIES

2. USER EMAILS
We will not share, sell, or trade your information.

We may use your email to contact you at any time.

Your username will be shown, and may be shown by us at anytime.

Your username will show in the chat and forum.

5. ADVERTISEMENTS
We try to avoid offensive ads. If one is displayed, please report it at support@truebux.com and we will remove it.

If you click an ad, you are expected to view it.
